Travel & Lodging
- Travel reimbursement (flight or mileage)
- Hotel room for the weekend of the con
- Per diem not required, but open to it
Panel Tech
- Microphone
- Projector for slides/visuals
- Panels are done in person, no VTuber rig needed
VTuber Concert (if booked)
- Microphone
- Projector / screen for VTuber video playback
- Tech rehearsal slot right before the performance
Appearance Fee
